Sound Therapy has been used for thousands of years to promote healing. Sound therapy works on vibration by allowing your body to heal itself by slowing down brain waves. This will effect every cell in your body. Each vibration works on a different chakra corresponding to each body and mind system.
My own story began when a friend purchased a bowl for me. I was unable to sleep for months due to constant pain waking me up at night. One evening during a conversation I was told to go get that bowl and try it. After hearing the first strike I knew something was happening. The most incredible vibration flowed through my heart and body. As I set an intention and played the bowl I began to feel happy and relaxed. Much to my surprise, I slept the entire night through, not waking up once! I have since used this bowl to allow me to sleep and ease my pain. Lynette Gibson
Each session lasts approximately one hour. They can be done with a friend or alone. We will discuss your specific concerns and work with these intentions. Each chakra will be cleansed allowing for free flowing energy and healing. You are welcome to bring a pillow and blank, dress comfortably and be prepared to feel amazing!
